Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized products.
Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.
Gift cards.
Return Process
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@1862golfco.com with your order number and reason for return.
Ship the Item: Once approved, send the item to the return address provided.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Inspection: Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item was purchased using a gift card, refunds will be issued as store credit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@1862golfco.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@1862golfco.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Exceptions
Certain products may have different return or refund requirements, including:
Gift Boxes: Gift boxes must remain unopened and in original condition.
Training Aids: Must be returned with all original components and packaging.
